Shipping and Processing

Bernie's Bowties offers FREE SHIPPING to all areas in the United States with no order minimum.  All bowties are handmade and can take up to five (5) business days to process before shipping. Please add this time to any provided shipping estimates during checkout.   

While we do our best to accurately estimate shipping times, they are ultimately out of our control and shipping may take longer than specified, especially to rural areas. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

Returns

If there is a defect with one of our bowties or we got your order wrong, we will gladly refund your order or send you a new bowtie free of charge.  

We do our best to craft our bowties to withstand an active lifestyle; however, bowties can fail during rough activities like play fighting.  For this reason, we do not accept returns due to damage during activity.
